"This restaurant is part of a well-known chain but this particular location is poorly managed. I was disappointed to find two chunks of chicken in my sofritas bowl. The cashier initially laughed when I brought it to their attention and only reluctantly offered to make me a new bowl. I declined and asked for a refund instead. The fact that the chicken ended up in my sofritas is concerning, as the two items should be kept separate at the food prep station. It seems that the staff at this location do not take their roles seriously. I have experienced issues with service at this restaurant before and after this incident, I will not be returning."
