"I will NOT order from this restaurant ever again. This was the 1st very Last time I'll make this mistake. I'll also warn anyone including strangers that merely mention this place NOT to visit. (A order of Hibachi Shrimp an order of Shrimp Tempura) . It had (6) actual Shrimps in the (Shrimp Hibachi) ....not 8,10 or 15. Overcooked Brown Rice ,(2) Shrimp Tempura w/(2) Slices of Deep-fried Cheese. Who ever heard of such Tom-Foolary Shinanigans? ...Thats what I get for trying someplace NEW. I'll stick w/Choong Man Chicken Quickway Hibachi."

"1. They come out and hang out their dirty clothes outside constantly. 2. They throw alcohol bottles and such after drinking into grass, our dog almost cut his foot. 3. Sometimes they stand outside and blast music on phone. 4. They put a TON of trash outside right on the grass. This kind of complete disregard and unsanitary action should worry anyone coming here, that’s who cooks your food."

"Everything we've ordered from Milano's has been superb. The catering is A + as well. My only complaint is the delivery containers are not sufficient for the amount of food and sauce.Each of our last 3 delivery orders have had problems. The first two were delivered by the same uber eats person on a bicycle, which is normally fine, but the sauce does not stay in the container and makes a giant mess as it's unpacked. The last order was delivered by car, except this time i picked it up from my front door, took 2 steps inside, and the bottom of the bag fell out and spilled half of the food. The spilled sauce had weakened the paper bag.Please consider using slightly more robust/sealable containers for saucy foods being delivered."

"The food is fine. The service is indifferent, at best. The last time my husband and I went there, I accidentally left an expensive sweater hanging on the back of my chair. I realized it when we were about a mile down the road heading home, so I immediately turned around and went back to get it. I stopped at the curb (I was driving) and sent my husband in to get it. He came back and said that the staff hadn 't found any missing sweater after we left. I didn 't think that was possible in the five minutes it had taken us to drive back, so I parked the car and went in to look myself. Sure enough, there was my sweater on the last table, closest to the kitchen, which the wait staff seems to use as a work/paperwork area. I grabbed it off the table and showed it to the staff and they were like, Wow! How did that get there? Needless to say, we walked out and are unlikely to return."
