We never asked where she was when we had questions, not that we had any, because she had everything very under control that no detail remained unattended. She gave us the lead and followed the schedule exactly, so we always knew where and when. It's CEC! Different with gaming cards but kiddos still adore it. Did my daughter's 6th birthday with super package and it was a hit. No clean up and all the kids enjoyed it. Unlimited play for 2 hours and dipping dots!

First time at this location. Overall my family had a lot of fun. 2 little things the little helicopter ride randomly got stuck and i had to literally take my daughter off. Secondly if you order food you have to pick it from a kitchen that anyone can just walk up to even if they didn't order food and access to it.

My grandson just had his birthday party there and he had a great time. The staff was very nice but I do have one major complaint. The way the place is laid out they have a ramp going down to where all the kids have their birthday party and it's very crowded and very difficult to get in and out especially if you're in a wheelchair .They should rearrange the place and make it more handicap accessible and easier to get in and out instead of only one way which could be very dangerous in case of an emergency and everyone had to leave at once
