"Probably the best food I have had in North Highlands to date. Got two breakfast burritos this morning and they were filled to the brim and delicious, so were the roasted potatoes on the side. The owner let me taste test his hibiscus tea and it was wonderful, also a very nice man who you can tell takes pride in his business. I can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu."

Loved our food! Delicious nutritious. Love the atmosphere and mission to grow like a farmer, and eat like a gardener

We love Chulla's Cafe at our house. When I don't fell like cooking this is where we go....everything is good and made with high quality ingredients . The owners are friendly the customer service is A+. The hibiscus punch is addictive! You will not be disappointed!
