"I was on the market of farmers in downtown yesterday, and I decided to get some tacos from their food truck on a whim. I'm glad I did that, they were definitely the best tacos I had in Gainesville. I think they were the best tacos I ever had. I added the chicken tacos and I added sour cream and guacamole. The meat was perfectly seasoned and everything tasted so fresh. Also the red and green chili sauce they have in bottles on the vault was amazing. My food was so phenomenal that I couldn't stop thinking about Cilantro Tacos all day. I saw the food truck at other locations, but I never thought to try. When I came home from work, I immediately saw her up on Google to see if I could track her...

This is by far the best Mexican food we had! Very recommended! We've probably only waited 10 minutes for our food! Great environment and very friendly service! We were in the area and wanted some Mexican food and decided to try them, but we would be happy to drive the 40 minutes, only there safe to eat!

My family and I ate in the Cilantro Taco Food Truck at the Depot Park and loved their food! I have the steak quesadilla, my husband has the chicken tacos and my father has the chicken burrito. The Burrito was HUGE! The Quesadilla was also quite large and loaded with meat, vegetables and cheese. The tacos were the smaller part of the 3, but my husband said they were delicious and the chicken was on point! Very recommended!

Went to Cilantro last Friday and it was fantastic! Best guacamole ever and all taco ingredients were so fresh. You can actually taste the spices and the smokey taste of the grill. This family-run restaurant was very attentive and knowledgeable about her food and helpful with giving you suggestions. They serve beer and well drinks, but you can take your own wine. Bring your own wine opener. They expand into other places and I can't wait! Worth the ride!
