"I decided to give this Cookout location a try since we usually visit the one near Concord Mills, and I must say, this has been the best Cookout experience I've ever had—I've been to quite a few! This restaurant is absolutely incredible! Five stars just doesn't seem high enough.

The food was good as always, but the drive-thru line was complete chaos. I was honestly surprised I didn't have any accidents. For the first time, a coworker from Cook Out actually asked me to step back when I tried to approach the window after placing my order. The poor guy at the window looked stressed and overwhelmed when I finally received my food.
