"Our group of 4 had a delicious lunch here today. Our waitress didn't speak any English, and we barely speak Spanish, but we were able to get by and she was very friendly. We ordered a variety of food baleadas, pupusas, tacos dorados, and plátanos maduros. It was all great. We all agreed that the plátanos were the best any of us had ever had! I felt like I was back in Honduras great food, great music, and kind people. We live a couple hours from Durham but I'm sure we will return!"

Kinds hidden from the mainstream part of town, with a fun, unique building. Go before the dinner rush, like around 3. Great service, and the food? FANTASTIC. Cost is reasonable and worth it. Try the specials. They are special.

Delicious food! I tried the Spicy Shrimp and loved it! P.S. Updating this review as of March 2022. Went back for the first time after the pandemic. The food is still as delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you for the wonderful food you make! It's worth coming back.

Great food at decent prices! We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't super busy. The waitress was nice and friendly. She gave us some good recommendations. We got the crab soup, the Honduran enchiladas, and the baleada. The homemade tortilla for the baleada was amazing! All three items were great! They didn't have free water so we had to pay $2 for each water bottle. The music was uncomfortably loud so that is the reason for the four stars.

"I've been to this restaurant three times in the last few months. It's OUTSTANDING every time. The food is delicious, the staff is great, the noise level is perfect and the ambience is wonderful. The goat cheese and strawberries are delicious as well as the burrata and shrimp rolls. The Gnocchi is also wonderful! I really can't say enough great things about Parizade!! Don't miss the desserts! The banana Napoleon and chocolate goose dessert are both excellent!"

"I didn't eat today. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome from her host, she engaged in conversation when she sat. Once we hardly had to wait for our server, although it was a bit busy due to his mother's day. Nathan was my server and he was so delightful. He was very attentive and prompt. Had a nice tone and smile. Also very knowledge about the menu. Brad, the bartender expedited our drinks quickly and they were delicious.. when we waited for the meal all the other employees were busy keeping the place clean and tidy. Kenya, a server that took care of a table next to us, was as pleasant and attentive as Nathan. Even when she came by. Meggan, one of the managers, was very accommodating throughout our experience and very helpful for all employees. Our food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and the presentation of the plates was nicely done. The quality of our Tiramisu French Toast and Pork Hasch were amazing! Nathan came back shortly after a second bite to be sure we were satisfied as well as another manager, Christopher . He was also very energetic and delightful. Overall, I had a great experience, will definitely return. I recommend Piedmont to everyone in the area!!"

"I have visited this restaurant for dinner several times, but I was disappointed with their brunch. We had a reservation for 1:45, but they were still taking reservations until 2:00, as I saw friends arrive after my reservation time. They closed the buffet at 22:30, only allowing us to have a few dishes as they stopped cooking certain items. The price we paid should have included a carving station. The desserts were located so far away that we didn't even see them until we were leaving. The brunch cost $60 with a 20% tip, totaling $94.00. Overall, it was not worth the money."

"Havent been here in awhile and went to celebrate a birthday. I noted this when I made the reservation as well as mentioned it to our server but unfortunately the birthday wasn’t acknowledged in any way; disappointing. In addition we had a reservation for a table for 5 and put us right next to the bar, also unfortunate since it was thoroughfare for staff and service people. Checked out the menu on line before choosing the restaurant and particularly went here for a specific dinner entree listed. Come to find out the actual menu had changed and the entry was no longer available or on the menu. Those are the negatives. The cocktails were good; fresh like springtime. The food was also very good. Everyone in the party enjoyed what they ordered and we all had a variety of items…steak, pasta, and seafood dishes. We ate indoors but outside dining is also available. Ive never had a bad meal here."

"bar was not full, but service was extremely slow. the personal had no personality. all wore masks....withdrawed me out. vaccines and boosters, but they still force their employees to mask. that's a choice. the salate was very mediocre. the taste of the white ragu tajarin had a good taste (for extra garlic, but they missed it). I traveled to italy, my family owns an osteria and I travels far for a living, it is the first Italian I ever served italy without brot. I would have asked for some, but the service was very slow and I would have done until they brought it. the heavenly bramble was very good, but again I only ordered one. it was just not a good atmosphere or experience. I'm not back."
