"We are very particular about restaurants overall dining experience in the twin cities which in general are a disappointment, however Costa Blanca is not. The food is beautifully present, the sauces and flavors well blanked and innovative, perfectly cooked and served. As our weekly at home menu reads and is served like a high end bistro from courses (always 3) to plating, it is a real pleasure to go to restaurants where the food is well elevated above what I am even wiling to cook on weekends. The menu changes frequently enough to honor the seasonal selections available that we are able to dine here once a month through out the year and not ever be bored with the selection. I rated Costa Blanka the way I did because of the seating atmosphere. Way too crowed and unable to have a conversation with my dinner guest. Was very uncomfortable.

The only issue that we came across was they didn't have gin. Our service was lovely, the food super yummy and delivered quickly. Beautiful setting and we will return!

The menu was vibrant, and interesting. The food was tremendous. The service was ideal (re: prompt, yet unobtrusive). And the wine was lovely. We’ll definitely be back!
