"I love Costa Vida and their food. I don’t know if they just don’t answer phones and that’s normal or what, but they DO NOT answer the phone and I understand if they get busy it would be hard but you should be having at least one person sitting by the phones to answer calls. i’ve called them a dozen times and no answer and it’s getting really frustrating."

This has to be by far my favorite Costa Vida location. The staff is always kind and the food, I think, tastes the best at this spot!

I placed an order for delivery. The tracking app shows the order was delivered but it never was. I have been trying for almost 24 hours to contact the store and the phone just rings.
