JUST AWESOME. I may be pretty young, but this… WONDERFUL. Words cannot describe how much I like this store. The food is delicious. I try to sneak out so I can go here to grab a quick snack. It takes a long walk, but it’s still worth it!

Pretty busy, went in to pick up an order, they had a peoblem scanning something. I stepped aside as I was in no hurry, so they could wait on the other customers. Thry kept messing around with my order. Meh, try to be nice, some people just wont let you!

I stopped here with a vendor today and was hungry and noticed they had a hot/cold self&full serve and decided to try a steak and cheese sub and I am glad I did as it literally was the BEST steak and cheese I've ever had, next time I am in Pittsfield and am near the vicinity I am DEFINITELY stopping by for another steak and cheese sub. Compliments to the cook?

"Pizza is my favorite food, and the Pompeii pizza on the thick crust is the BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. If you like spicy pizza, the Pompeii is a perfect mix of spicy panties with a soft but crispy skin on the dough. You can taste all the beats without something being overpowered, and the thick crust sucks the spices as you eat, so you can eat until you can not move (what I do every time.) It's better than any other sharp or hot wing pizza out there. All their pizzas are top notch. The cheese pizza on the thin crust has a great crunch without chewing hard, with a great taste from the sauce, the best cheese pizza around."

"we went up to the window to get ice. there were many employees in the kitchen, but they were all very slow, even to confirm our existential. two employees looked at me right, said nothing and kept on with their tasks. when we were finally served, the money was not very warm at all. I understand that they are busy, but if a hired person looks at them, they could at least acknowledge that they are there and say hello or welcome, maybe let the customers know they will be with them in a minute? it seems the customer service is a reflection with this restaurant. high prices for moderate icy, coupled with bad customer service. a winning combi! will not go back. for what it is worth, this is the second time in two different friendly 's places I had really bad customer service experiences. I'm not a karen. had not harassed anyone on the theke about the experience, ordered my ice, observed and noticed the lack of Luster experience."

"I rarely write restaurant reviews, but this place was so exceptional, I had to. We had the most wonderful experience last night at La Fogata. My two sisters and I shared beef and chicken empanadas and chorizo for an appetizer. We also shared the steak with chimmichuri, breaded pork cutlet, rice, beans, sweet plantains, and fried yucca. We had tres leches cake for dessert. EVERYTHING was fresh, superbly prepared, and so delicious! The service was excellent. Our server was a lovely young lady, who was training a new server, a young man who was also friendly and efficient. It was such a memorable experience. Highly recommend this extraordinary restaurant! I only wish I didn't live so far away. I will definitely come again when I get to the area again."

"The service was wonderful along with the food.! I am rating it at three out of five for the fact of it is very crowded space felt very cramped didn’t have much room to even get into the chair at our table, everyone was on top of each other. You would have to be if you wanted to see each other.! The lighting was horrible we couldn’t even read the menu without using our phones for light.! Which then make you feel awkward with a bright light in a dark restaurant.. I say order take out because the food was delicious..!"

"On Saturday eating with a friend there and Walter was our waiter. Very friendly, fast food out. The food was great, low-noise, respectful of social policy. Felt like food in my dining room. The prices were very reasonable. Anyway, she'll eat again!"
