"Definitely one of the best Cousins locations I’ve visited, and I’ve tried easily a dozen or more of their establishments as this has long been my go to sub shop, and I’ve lived all over central and southeast Wisconsin. Bread and ingredients are always fresh, and the staff while generally extremely young (15-17yrs old) do a better than average job on accuracy and speed of orders. Some of the other reviews I’ve read saying the customer service was rude or inattentive at this location I think may just be that of an unnecessarily high expectation that a teenager is going to strike up a warm and meaningful conversation with you while making your sub, or changing your money. GREAT sandwiches and the best customer service around! Prices are reasonable and the wait time is minimal. I am there every week and they never disappoint. Happy to see the Cousins app and new rewards program.

I stopped there on a Friday night at 7:30 and they were out of bread! You're kidding! That's all you do! This is the second time? ve stopped here and they were out of bread, but they were still open. For what? Chips and soda for sale.
