"We had a wonderful experience in the cracker barrel in Cross Lanes! My husband and I had two pork chops, baked sweet potato and cucumber salad. Biscuits and Muffins. He had sweet tea and I had black regular coffee and water with lemon in it. We always have a good experience in this restaurant and in Kanawha City. The young man waiting for us was great, and the young lady who removed the tables spoke to us for a while. I would recommend Cracker Barrel to everyone! Our granddaughter-in-law is a server there few nights a week. He works for NGK Sparkplug, but also with Cracker Barrel. They are very good for their employees."

Everyone was nice, restaurant was clean. Larger party all had breakfast and everyone was pleased with their meal. Our server Summer was attentive and uniquely pleasant and courteous. She could role model for servers everywhere. Hope the leadership realizes. Thanks Cracker Barrel for a satisfying visit.

Stopped in to check out the store and found that the Woodwick candles were on sale, some up to 40% off!! Bought too many candles and looked at their themed clothing. There are many clothing themes from seaside to country flowers, and within each theme are sizes from newborn to adult M/W. Highly recommend the bomb pop mimosas. The iced coffees with whipped cream looked really good too.

I had got takeout last night and everything from the customer service to the food was incredible! Elena has GR8 customer service, she was very helpful, friendly! I was also impressed with how fast I had got my order. Also, it was still hot when I got back home to Charleston with it. The Chicken and Dumplings were SOOOOOOO DELICIOUS along with the Green Beans, Carrots and Biscuit!!! Thank you VERY much Cracker Barrel for an AMAZING dinner!!
