"I have been going here for years. The last two times., the wait from the time we order until food hit the table was ridiculously long. I was just there on Thursday night 12/14/23. 10 in our party. Myself and another ordered Italian Wedding soup. After a a hour and a half the soup arrived without any meatballs in it. Very disappointed. I always loved eating here…. My family and I have been going to this place for a long time.. we went for fathers Day to sit outside and eat some smoked ribs.. waited more than 2 hours and still didn't get our food so we asked for the check.. to be fair they were very busy when we arrived but we were more than patient and were barely checked on.. upsetting and this was by far our worst experience here.. food and service is usually great
