"Usually this place is great even when it’s packed. We drive 15minutes every Saturday just for the bagels but today we got the wrong order and didn’t realize until we were home. We didn’t want to drive all the way back just to wait another 20 minutes in line so I tried to call and request a refund. The phone number listed online doesn’t work it asked me to enter in my phone number and pin which makes no sense. These bagels aren’t exactly cheap and we left a tip on top of it all. I really just want my money back at this point. The Meridian location was also rude when I called to ask them if they had the correct phone number. I am so disappointed. I understand mistakes happen especially when you’re busy I’m mostly just unhappy that it is such a hassle to even call them and that their other location wouldn’t take 2 minutes to help me get ahold of the Nampa store to make this right. Bad customer service can cause a business to crash and burn, I recommend the owners get a handle that before it’s too late and please please update the phone number online so you have a chance to rectify any mistakes you make."

"Little Saigon is one of my favorite restaurants in the Treasure Valley. I have yet to find a dish I don’t like. Their beef pho with shrimp is simply amazing! They serve the best egg rolls I’ve had in Idaho. Great service, delicious food, good price."

"Absolutely amazing time here tonight with my wife for date night!! The VIP feel of getting off the elevator and them stating our name as we got off the elevator was awesome! The food was absolutely amazing, from appetizer to desert, everything hit every box! The actual speed of service was absolutely impressive as well, and our server (Brandon) absolutely made the even that much better with his great help and great service! We will be back for sure!! Thanks for the great evening! #DoWork"

"What a pleasant culinary trip! The ceviche tower was amaziiing! The special drink decorated with grilled octopus and shrimps l never saw something like that! Served in this authentic mug and sprinkled with pepper for extra heat. Even the simplest grilled fish tacos here were specially delicious better than Phoenix, San diego or Miami! The salsas boom! And the cherry on the top the singer who made our dinner an immersive fun experience. I hope they get a second bigger place?? And l can’t wait to come back!!"
