Dickey's Barbecue Pit

My family ate six last night at 5:30 at Dickey. Pit (the name on the checkout) and the other worked was fabulous. Although they are insane (also with drive-thru orders) and our order is great (we were very hungry for a family of 6), they always receive polite and professionalism. I felt they went beyond and beyond and exemplary customer service best! I hope her management recognizes which two gems she works for her.

Dickey 's Garbage-Q Pit -Brisket: Dry, No Smoke Ring. No Flavor. Sad -Pulled Pork: SAME, However, Tast like baked in oven with Salt&Pepper shook on after pulled. Sad -Chicken Breast: SAME, However, DRY, some nonsense based sauce on it. A GIN Sad Backed Beans: BUSH BEANS enough said, Sad -Green Beans: From A Can, SALT, and a lot of PEPPER. Sad -Potatoe Salad: Mustard/Potatoes nothing else in it. Sad Pecan Pie: What Else But, STORE BOUGHT. Sad I PAID $28.87 for this, It is what they say, You get what you pay for. However, I shouldn 't have gotten this Cr@P for food. I ate better in the navy. Floor dirty. Bathroom smiling like urine. No soap. I 'M TELLING YOU. DO NOT GO THERE FOR BB-Q!!! HEALTH...

We went through the passage and the lady in the window had the best customer service I've ever experienced. When we talked about her being Veteran. Thank you for your service. I love support from Veteran. She explained the menu so well. I wanted everything they had to offer.Lol not only knew the menu inside and outside with details how they smoke the meat, but she did it with enthusiasm. When we paid for our food, she counted the change back what you don't see anymore. Lol We had to leave a good tip for her and even talk to the manager to let her know that she had a blessing in her employee and wanted her to keep the tip. Now for dinner.
