"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order via Door Dash for two lunch specials. The establishment only sent one order with the Door Dash deliverer; fortunately, the young lady was willing to go back to retrieve the other order. I called Dragon Express to make them aware of the mistake. I asked if they could deliver the order as them not sending it was not the driver's fault or my own. I was told, No driver you can come back to pick it up I was not offered an apology. I called back shortly after to advise the Door Dash driver would be returning to pick up the order. that is the only place I am going to call out Chinese next to Richmond in this opposite. eating was always great and the staff is very friendly. the interieur could be something refreshed, but otherwise it is a great place!

in the city that has visited the family and delivered this evening. everything was so delicious! I loved the shrimps. the packaging is great to keep their food hot and the portions were very large in proportion to the price of food. would definitely recommend!

I just tried Dragon Express through Door Dash. Food was fast and hot. I ordered the General Taos chicken with fried rice, egg drop soup and a order of crab rangoon. The soup was good, the crab rangoon was okay. The General Taos chicken was terrible! It tasted like it had ketchup in it. The fried rice was terrible also. I couldn't eat it. I wont be ordering from them again.
