"I visited the Dunkin' in Ticonderoga last night around 8:45 PM, just before they closed at 9 PM. There were two people inside placing their orders, but when I went through the drive-thru, there was nobody there. I waited for about five minutes..."

The friendly staff offers quick service! Each morning we visited was a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate your business. The lobby is clean and well-maintained. Pay attention to the details of any order. Dunkin Corporate, take note: this location should serve as a training example!
