"This Dunkin' location is possibly the worst in America, and I'm not exaggerating. I've lost count of how many times something has been broken or not working, resulting in only half of the menu being available. The coffee they make is terrible, and no matter how many people are in the drive-thru line, it takes them 20 minutes to serve customers. Currently, the only thing I can order is doughnuts because the entire sandwich and food machine is broken. It makes me wonder why they even bothered to open today."

The restaurant was extremely crowded. The food and drinks were delicious, but I had to wait almost 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time for my order to be ready.

The drive-thru service is incredibly slow! It took 20 minutes for just 3 cars ahead of me. The car in front of me kept returning items. The staff is impolite and the food quality is very poor.
