"Two days in a row I was in line between 1:30-1:50pm and had the same lady take my order. Both times she was on her cell phone and seemed more concerned with her phone then what was going on with my order. First time I waited for a bagel for 12 mins just for someone to tell me they didn't even have any plain bagels so I had to go around and wait in the long line again for a refund. Then the second day I waited once again at the second window and after 10 mins I honked my horn, no one came to the window so I backed up and told this same lady that I was waiting there forever for my bagel and once again she looked at her phone first then said oh we must have forgot while 3 other employees were...

Extremely long wait at drive-up. Car in front could have moved ahead and waited for their order to be brought out. I waited forever for an iced tea. Plus...you no longer offer a simple lemon??? But you have kooky complex menu items that take 15 minutes to prepare.

I hardly ever leave bad reviews but don't even bother visiting this location. I've tried this location 5 times and I've never had the order come out to be even remotely close to what I ordered. I order through the app so I know it isn't a communication issue.If you have the displeasure of visiting this location double check your order because I promise you something is going to be forgotten, completely wrong, or just someone else's order entirely.
