"That was, without a doubt, the best sandwich I've ever had, and I've had my fair share. I tried the 1762, and it was simply perfect. The bread had a nice crispy crust on the outside while remaining soft and not overly smoky on the inside. The beef was expertly cooked—tender and not overdone at all. It had a delicate flavor that wasn't overpowering. The horseradish provided just the right amount of spice, complementing rather than overshadowing the other ingredients."

This is the best sandwich shop in Orange County. It's a shame it has to close to make way for a new hotel. I really hope Disney finds a new location for it.

This is one of our favorite places to eat in DTD. The food is always fresh and very tasty. And the staff is friendly. We're so sad that this place closes. The original 1762 sandwich is one of the best! It is easy to roast beef, cheese and a horseradish sauce; but I think it is that simplicity is what makes it so great!

The Mac is simply the best! My daughter had to come and try it for herself. She loved the soup and the grilled tuna. We were also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, especially for Downtown Disney. My daughter and I discussed how this could be a great fresh sandwich option in Folsom, CA, specifically at Palladio.
