"Normally I try to leave some sort of positive note on reviews even when I get crumby service but I have nothing good to say about this location. My husband and I both ordered breakfast sandwiches that were straight off the menu so you would think they wouldn't mess up our bagel 4 TIMES! The manager was very rude about having to remake the sandwich and gave my husband major attitude for HER mess up. Then their ice machine was out of ice and when another customer politely let them know the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and said yeah we know then didn't even offer to fill the woman's cup for her. Polite staff made my order quickly, correctly, and with a smile. Green Chile bagel is always on point!

Good bagels, way to much cream cheese to even taste the bagel I ended up scraping most of it off of mine and my kids seems like a waste of cream cheese to me because it really was a ridiculous amount of there. I enjoyed the Iced Chai. They were extremely rude here though. That really disappointed me. I told them it was my first time there and I needed a minute and she just stared at me with a pitiful face and it wasn't busy at the time. They all seemed so unhappy to be there. This was August 13,2023 9:30. My order was just a drink and 3 bagels.
