"I love it. My friend, too. We both love Chicken Pechuga. It is a pan-seared chicken breast with chorizo (Mexical sausage, in this case rugged) above, crushed in white cheese and served with rice, beans and soft, warm, flour tortillas. But our FAVORITE is the Molcajet! This is a large pumice dish, served hot, filled first, on the ground, with CHEESE, then with peppers, onions and your choice of shrimps, chicken, steak or all three, surrounded by more cheese and a wonderful sauce. The sauce is absolutely phenomenal. This dish is also served with soft flour tortillas and a dish of beans and rice. Best authentic Mexican food. Had the fajita dish and tasted amazing with so much flavor. Waitresses and waters were extremely nice and very attentive.
