"We had a nice culinary experience on Christmas Eve. The only problem we had is that a few items we were looking forward to order are not on the menu, like the Shrimp Grits and the Peace Chicken, which I expected to be stacking the restaurant. "I placed a mobile order to take advantage of a deal on the app, but no one came out with my order. After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally spoke to someone who acknowledged my order but didn’t actually bring it. I assumed they would get it, but they didn’t relay the orders to anyone who had just ordered. Ten minutes later, we inquired again, but still received no assistance, so we had to request a refund. The manager, who had been standing just a few meters away the whole time, never approached the counter and eventually processed my refund without explaining why we never received our food. When we asked about our order, she didn’t respond at all. The management and customer service were extremely lacking. We wasted so much time, and there were plenty of employees around, so it didn’t seem like it was just a staff shortage."
