"I have ordered the Black Paella for takeout or delivery 9 times now, and it is one of only 2 dishes I have tried from this restaurant (the other being rice with cuttlefish, which was much less flavorful/exciting). Overall, my experience has been quite inconsistent, with some dishes being excellent while others are only average. One positive aspect is the abundance of seafood - I particularly enjoy the tender squid and perfectly cooked scallops. There are many delicious flavors when the dish is prepared correctly, and the ripe plantains are also a standout. However, there are some downsides to consider: 1) occasionally finding broken shells and grit in the dish (eating slowly is recommended)...
