This place is very unprofessional and not customer friendly. When inquiring about a menu item they seemed upset and disrespectful. The tamales I ordered were soggy and fell apart just opening it. The flavor was like chicken soup??? I will neverorder or go to this place again.

"My absolute favorite. One of the few places that are sick gets a slice and a chicken parm dinner. This is a real NY family owned pizzeria do NY pizza as it should be. Plain slice has a beautiful crispy crust, and the garlic knot top notch. They're baked, not like other places here. Chicken Parm Dinner is A plus, good tomato sauce and fresh salad! This place is a must when I'm in the area."

"What a wonderful place my friend, me and my dog had just walked Teton and it was Florida hot. The humidity was unbearable. We were looking for a dog friendly place to go and this came up. We pulled up and noticed a few open tables and they seated us immediately. They were so great to my dog big bowl of ice water. They even have a little dog menu my dog devoured the chicken treats and the scrambled eggs. The food is spectacular everything was fresh. I had the breakfast burrito and my friend had the avocado smash, and every bite was eaten. I even got a poke bowl to go highly recommend it. We will definitely be back. Thank you again the staff the owner everyone was amazing. Thank you."

"Don’t go to Donato’s if you have an allergy. No one pays attention. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes. I ordered a personal mushroom pizza without tomatoesthe staff circled and marked the order with a star on the receipt! See receipt and pizza below. While there were no sun dried tomatoes on top of the pizza, they covered the pizza with tomatoe sauce. My daughter, who is allergic to tomatoes, could not eat the pizza. When I called to complainI was told “it’s a pizza”. I told the young lady we would never give them business again. Dietary restrictions: Beware.The staff has no regard for customer’s food allergies."

"The food at this restaurant was generally lacking in flavor, with the beef stew and cuarteto limo being particularly bland. The waiter inquired about our spice preferences for the ceviche, but despite asking for it to be very spicy, it was not. Even my children noticed the lack of heat. However, my son did enjoy the polla a la brasa. We requested hot sauce, which unfortunately also fell short in terms of taste. In comparison to a Peruvian restaurant in White Plains that I frequent, which boasts incredible sauces and flavors, this establishment paled in comparison. Additionally, the service left much to be desired as we had to continually seek out the waiter for assistance and he failed to check on us or clear our dishes. I was surprised to see an 18% gratuity automatically added for our party of 5, including 3 children. The atmosphere and space were pleasant, but overall, I would not return to this restaurant. Despite claims on the menu, it is certainly not the best in town. I left feeling disappointed."
