"I have a difficult time choosing between Epex and Smitty's pretzels. However, when I want a pretzel sandwich, obviously Epex wins out. On the other hand, that's what I want is a warm salty dipped and cheese soft pretzel, Smitty's wins every time! I would not recommend buying them from the counter of a convenience store wrapped in plastic stuffed in a jar! LOL you will not enjoy them. On Carlisle Road in Dover, if you're heading north, on the right hand side there is a white Shack. It sells fresh baked Smitty soft pretzels! They are to die for. Go get one! LOL"

Staff are very nice and pleasant, a lot of smiles. Glad I stopped in to check it out , not only do they have the best pretzels but they make an awesome bacon egg and cheese on a pretzel roll

Terrific experience! Stopped in for the first time for takeout lunch, appreciate the super friendly service provided by the 2 staff members. Ordered a Turkey Sandwich and Italian Sandwich, both on their fresh baked Soft Pretzel Buns, and a grilled smoked sausage also on a soft pretzel bun. My daughter remarked it was the best sandwich she’s every had! Definitely recommend this excellent small business!
