"We stopped visiting Ethan's Cafe on a road trip over Pennsylvania, and it was a happy surprise lunch break along I-80. The food was surprisingly good, very fresh, thoughtful prepared, with plenty of portions. We tried three different sandwiches. The patty melt was not greasy as they can often be, the rye bread was nicely grilled, and the whole sandwich was quite tasteful. The BLT had a decent tomatoes and good bacon, served on crispy toast. The tuna salad in the tuna melt was very delicious, with beautiful, crunchy celery bits, served on sourdough toast. The food and the staff are great. The burgers may not look big, but if the burger is sooo good, you don't need much punch!
