"Came in no one in the kitchen was friendly ordered an avacado toast my bacon was cold the bread was stale. The avacado had no flavor Didn't notice till I was back at the Dr with my mom and tried calling back to let them know I will be coming back to get a refund no one answered. The only kind person there was the guy at the register"

"Overall, my experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The salsa was the best I've ever had, and it came with complimentary chips. The Cadillac Margarita was strong and delicious, and a great deal at $14.99 for a jumbo 32oz. The tacos were only $3.75 each, and with the variety of options on the menu, you can customize your order however you like at very reasonable prices. I ordered the Shrimp Cocktail for $12.99 and added 6 extra shrimp for $4.00 - they were large and tasty, making it a very generous portion. I would estimate there were around 18 shrimp in total. It was the best shrimp cocktail I've ever had, and I can't wait to return. The value for the money was exceptional - even the beef hard shell tacos were cheaper than Taco Bell. I regret not trying this place sooner, as it was packed on a Sunday afternoon. If I had known how much shrimp was in the cocktail, I wouldn't have ordered the tacos, but the meal was still amazing for $21.00. I only wish they had a bar. I would give this restaurant 6 stars if I could. I went back for more tacos and was not disappointed. Check out the photos for the delicious results."

"This place used to be good, but the last few times we've gotten food here, the quality has gone down hill. They jacked the prices up and the foods gotten worse. Not a winning combo to retain customers. Zero vegetables with any dish you buy. I ordered penang beef, so my meal consisted of rice, slivers of beef on penang sauce. No peppers, carrots, broccoli, etc. That's pretty skimpy for 18 or so dollars."

"First time visiting Kickback Jack’s! Great experience on a Sunday afternoon lunchtime. If you like TV’s everywhere with every sport imaginable, look no farther. Was a nice set up with an inside bar and lots of seating and there was an outside bar with seating too. Our server, James, made for a good dining experience. Very welcoming and customer focused. Menu…good selections and not over the top pricing. Food was tasty! Had a burger and had the cheesesteak sandwich. Both cooked perfectly. What was even more impressive is that the meats on both were seasoned!!! Not just salt and pepper, but more like a house seasoning blend and not spicy(so don’t be afraid). Oh, and the hand cut fries…salted! Nice touch!!!Seasoned food sets this place apart from other like menu option establishments with just bland offerings. A return visit has been earned."

"Rock hard boneless wings with wrong sauce. I ordered 12 boneless wings in barbecue sauce for takeout. Got home, opened container. It looked and tasted like they were leftover from yesterday in soaked up buffalo sauce. I paid $14. Never again. I can get 1/4 tank of gas for $14. Manager never called back. I’m disappointed. I won’t be ordering takeout from there again."
