"We came into Forbes for a mid-afternoon coffee. I ALWAYS need decaf and the girl working was sooo nice and helped answer all of our questions. She was able to make me a decaf Night in Rodanthe (and I think she made it into a latte instead of a frappe) with about half the sugar as normal (less pumps of flavor) and it was delicious! We also got some taffy and it was so good. The store is really cute! I could have purchased shirts and mugs and all sorts of things. But I was most impressed by the individual attention to get a coffee specialized for me and how tasty it was!"

now called waves candies and coffee, in the waves water sports complex. our favorite employee has now become our favorite OWNER. fabulous bakery, fascinating and tasty coffee, reasonable souvenirs.
