"I?m so sad to be writing this review because I loved this place. Today I ordered Frezkos from Uber Eats because I am working today. I bit into my quesadilla and there was a long black hair cooked into my food! I?m trying not to puke just thinking about it because it was obviously in my mouth. That is absolutely disgusting and should not happen. The reason I am writing this review is because there is another review saying the same thing so obviously they are not taking proper steps to make sure this doesn?t happen. I?ve been twice now, and I just love this place. The portion of the fries and nachos are large enough for two to share (at least, two). I?m from California and the Chicano fries with carne asada reminds me of home. Definitely recommend this place. *Update: finally remembered to take a photo before we started eating.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE BEFORE LEAVING. I WAS LEFT VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I GOT HOME TO EAT. I am a frequent customer of this location and I have never had a problem with my food until today. The baja shrimp tacos I had ordered had nothing but shrimp and tortillas. It was such a waste of money and I hope they can do better in the future.

The first time we ordered here, it was amazing. The second time, it was just okay. The third time was AWFUL. We got a cup of ?beans? with no beans in it. Literally just? bean water. The pollo Frezko bowl was missing half of its ingredients (it was a bowl of rice and a little bit of chicken. we had to cut up vegetables at home to make it passable for a meal. The queso was in a container smaller than before and was only half full. Not to mention so thick it could not be dipped into, and was hard. We had to thin it out with milk. The churro ?cheesecake? was hard and stale. Either someone really hated their job today, or we got trolled.
