Gasthaus Stevertal - Meny

I went to Nottuln for a customer visit. After long meeting we were invited for German lunch. The place is very cosy with lot of space. Menu short and simple and don't confuses you. As I am a veggie, I was served specially prepared tomato...soup. There was only one option for vegetarian and it was pretty good. The portion was perfect and service was excellent. Overall very nice experience

This Restaurant is in some respects a journey back in time, has you enter the old original resaurant you are hit by an open fire and hanging about at this time of year are huge pieces of pork Schinken been smoked the Aroma makes you...feel hungry and at home all at once. Has you look to the right there is a massive open kitchen where you can see if you like your meal been cooked. If you won´t to sit in this room please make a Reservation especially at Weekends. The is also a Club room on the left, and at the rear a very moden Restaurant and from there in summer you can use the very nice beer garden. As another review mentioned, this is like a journey back in time. You enter and you feel like you are years back in time. People from around Munster, Ruhrgebiet... come to this area to take a walk and then eat and drink at Stevertal....Atmosphere is very nice and cozy, especially if you sit in the entrance area. My relatives and I come here for over years now me only for years. Food is tasty, typical German dishes are served in high quality. Food is served with a huge bowl of salad for the table.
