The last four times I have attempted to order from them have been frustrating. Despite their hours being advertised as 10am to 10pm, when I tried to place an order at 8:30pm, I was told that the ovens were already turned off. I understand that ovens can break down sometimes, but this has been happening every time I try to order, which is ridiculous. It was also difficult to get someone to answer the phone when I called multiple times. To top it off, my order was cancelled only 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up, leaving me to drive all the way there for nothing. I do enjoy the food when I am able to get it.

I tried calling other locations of the same restaurant chain, but either no one answered or I just heard a ringing sound. Eventually, I found a different location that was able to help me. It's unfortunate that the two employees at this particular location were unhelpful, and there were no other customers in the restaurant.
