"Great smoothies and bowls, but terrible customer service! I was on a no Carb week and did not want bananas in my smoothie, so instead I asked for vegan chocolate protein and some peanut butter. They put clearly 3 or more tablespoons of peanut butter when I asked it to be restored, they said that what I requested. Best Açaí Bowl (the Lucious) in Miami, and it's not even close! Also Gainz Smoothie, Waffle and BANANA BREAD. Ask them to throw it into the waffle manufacturer for you, and it will change your life! Wonderful and friendly staff too. Love you all!

I would give it 5 but there is usually no parking place or you have to pay online order is very limited, you can not call into orders, the employees move without sense of urgency in your name. This leads to a smoothie, that's like $20 to cost me an hour of my life and parking? it's just not worth the trip, I wish it was, but they make it impossible to be a regular. So there's 1 star for the $250 smoothie.
