"we had booked the hotel 2 single rooms, but had to cancel the rooms before arrival. storno fee was the full booking price, in other words, the hotel has taken the full price without performance. angry enough, we wanted to have at least one bill. for several phone calls because of the bill, the respondents was a very funny August that always insured with adventurous confirmations that sent the bill. after approx. 14 days and approx. 6 phone calls have not received the bill yet, since it is probably the pleasure that has passed now, it no longer reacts to our calls. a really rough case! in future a large arc around the hotel and restaurant. such a thing should be displayed."

"We were more often in the Schlossrug and always had good experiences, except last time. Before: the food was good. I had ordered a salad that was offered in the menu without supplements and therefore expressed the desire to get a piece of chicken breast... everything worked and was delicious. After I had paid, I noticed that on the bill of the salad was calculated as with € 13,00 and additional € 11,00 for the chicken breast...sum € 24,00!!! I mentioned this very quiet and beautiful with the indication, not the intention to get an amount back... so really constructive. After I said that I did not find this price proportionate and I found a larger salad with beef strips in the city for this amount, the answer came: then go to the city! I didn't expect that, and I was very disappointed..."

"Wir waren schon mehrfach im Casa Nostra und wir finden das Essen wirklich lecker. Die Portionen sind genau passend.Preis-Leistung passt! ABER: die Wartezeit für eine normale Pizza von 40 min ist einfach zu lange! Und das war nicht das erste Mal, dass wir so lange warten mussten! Außerdem ist es in dem schönen Anbau einfach zu laut. Weitere Gäste, die noch in den Anbau gesetzt wurden, sind sofort in den alten Bereich umgezogen, da es zu laut war. Im Anbau saßen ca. 12 Personen und im hinteren Bereich 4. Somit war das Restaurant wahrlich nicht voll besetzt, was eine lange Wartezeit gerechtfertigt hätte. Unser Fazit: den nächsten Besuch werden wir uns reiflich überlegen..."

"We regularly come to Consus and Food. The bowling alleys are well maintained and above the ground. Again and again a fun for the whole family. The staff is super nice and has no problems with special requests or menu changes. The food is great. Rumpsteak, Grill Plate and Co. In a first class quality and portion size. Prices are low."

"This time, Holte Stuckenbrock was housed in the hotel for post office. The rooms of the hotel are all newly renovated. You are located in the building in front of the hotel and you go from the lower parking deck of the REWE market into the building. On the second floor you will find the rooms with elevator or stairs. I had my room from the REWE market back to the parking deck. It was very quiet, clean and practical. The double rooms are rented as double rooms or single rooms. There is a wardrobe, luggage storage and a desk with chair in the room. Jalosia on the windows provide the darkness at night. At the same time, a plastic card is provided for the light in the room. Only if this card is pushed into its slot will you get light in the room and in the bathroom. In the bathroom are dimmer lamps. This means that when switching on it takes 30 seconds to radiate the full brightness. The shower in the bathroom is almost flat. The step is at most a finger. Everything was clean and new/modern. The bed mattress was not too soft and not too hard. For a restful sleep. I would revise this hotel at any time. Full four stars!!!"
