The concept is easy: have the ingredients you want wrapped in dough or served in a box, take some bread with different toppings from the side of the counter if you fancy and take one of the very few seats or go on a stroll with your meal. Picking what you want, however, is not as easy because all of it is tasty, but you can't put all of it in your box/wrap.
