tea is good but not enough ice, it is luke warm, first time I ordered there was lots of ice last three times not, food always good

size of chicken tenders were a lot smaller, fry greasy. usually very good. I love the sweet tea and shaved ice. being it took so long for the order most ice melted. I would order again

I have had hales a few times before and it has always been good. Im not sure if they changed anything, but since the last time I had it their crack sauce and Mac and cheese has absolutely improved! Very good
