"Honestly the food was super super good. Waitress was awesome and casual, she was good at her job. My only hangup and I don't know if this is normal since this was my first time going there is there were flies inside. Like 5 of them and it drove my whole table crazy. We were sitting next to the window(closed) so maybe thats why they were in such concentration, but it was unpleasant. Like I said everything else was really really good, and I really hope our experience was abnormal but those flies ruined the experience"

We just happened to see they were serving brunch so glad we went in! I had the chicken and waffles with jalapeño syrup. Loved it! Also, be sure to get an order of beignets!!

The return of Tahoe remained in Placerville and Hangtown Cantina caught my eye. Super sweet, good food and good service order: Carnitas tacos 10/10 How packed with carnitas the meat would fall from lol messy in the best way Can not wait to go back when in the area again

Frannie C is a terific server/hostess, and their tacos are GREAT! I had the 4 Carnitas tacos, my daugher had the 4 shrimp tacos, and her partner/BF had the 4 smoked brisket tacos. We split an order of red chile rice frijoles and all had Modello Especiales. Great food, great service, great ambiance, and great prices $56 all in with tax tip)
