Meine Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt, das Essen war kaum genießbar, das Fleisch war hart und trocken (Cordonbleu) die Salatbar gab außer Gurke nur Fertigprodukte her.Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Service Kraft. Sehr freundliches Wesen.Wer nichts besonderes erwartet für viel Geld kann hier genau das erwarten.

Das unwichtige zuerst: Mit einem Tisch im vorderen Teil des Restaurants gibt es eine super Aussicht gratis dazu! :-)Nun zum Essen: Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort, jeder hatte ein anderes Fischgericht und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Die Portionen waren groß, der Fisch sehr schmackhaft und die Bedienung nett und flott. Zum Nachtisch gab es noch einen großen Eiergrog (auf Helgoland unbedingt probieren).

Heute war ich zum Mittagessen hier. Mein Hund saßen auf/unter einer Bank an der Theke. Dieses Restaurant ist ein Familienbetrieb, direkt am Felsrand im Oberland gelegen. Die Wirtin und die Kellnerin, waren wie immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Restaurant hat schon ab 12 Uhr Küche, sodaß man direkt nach Ankunft auf Helgoland, hier essen kann. Es gibt klassische helgoländer Gerichte, typisch Norddeutsche Küche, aber auch mal Besonderheiten! Zu den meisten Gerichten gibt es einen frischen Salat vom Buffet.
