Nice lox. A bit pricey. Sometimes the bagels are a bit skimpy, and sometimes the garlic bagel comes out a bit burned.

The chain overall is good but this location, not so much. Asked for a dirty chai and they clearly put no espresso in it, then argued when I asked for a shot to be put in (the drink was a light color). Another time, I asked for a very salty bagel and they gave me a bagel with not a single grain of salt on it. I'm polite and tip well, and yet if I say “thank you” when few or no other people are in the shop, they say nothing (even after looking straight at me). I don't expect someone to fall al … – show
