"Holy Rolling Egg is a fantastic spot to enjoy dessert after a satisfying meal. The staff are incredibly friendly, and they prepare orders promptly. I know they have a few locations in Los Angeles—one in Koreatown and another on Melrose Avenue. The Melrose location has a cozy, intimate atmosphere, but seating is quite limited. On a hot sunny day, it can get crowded, so be prepared to find parking nearby. I had to park on the street with a meter. I tried the dark chocolate roll, and I could have eaten four of them! not bad, but a little expensive. I have the earl grey that I enjoyed because I usually like tee flavored ice creams. my friend got the Ferrero-Rocher, who was not bad, but I generally don't like chocolate-taste ice creams.

It’s been a few months since I had the ice cream here, and I remember feeling a bit disappointed because the taste and texture didn’t quite meet my expectations. We chose this place because it was one of the few dessert options available in Koreatown late at night, so it was our best bet. The black sesame flavor lacked sufficient taste and was rather bland. I also tried the Korean rice cake, which I found to be better than the black sesame. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning for the ice cream because the flavors just weren’t there for me. However, they are quite popular for their ice cream, so perhaps there are other flavors that might be worth trying.
