Observations: Rice was undercooked, rather inedible. Beef was cold and over seasoned. Which made it less tasty, but also a food safety issue. Firecracker pork good, not great. Spicy tofu fine Korean vegetables were OK. Overall, had that vibe of a restaurant that started strong, grew too fast, and is now managed (badly) by teenagers and young adults who lack attention to detail no one paying attention to quality. This was our first time having Korean and this place is great. The food is amazing especially the Hodo Tofu. What makes it even better is that the service was even better than our meal! We even made sure to ask for the manager Paul's name because he really goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and has a great attitude. We went on a super busy night and he even went back to make one of the things my wife wanted that they were out of despite us saying he didn't need to do that. Great service!
