"This restaurant has been a staple in town for over 15 or 20 years, possibly even longer. I remember going to the karate school next door 15 years ago before it moved to a larger space. Many people used to frequent HK Chef and I never heard a single complaint. I finally tried it earlier this year and regret not going sooner. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the quality is consistent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Their plainer dishes are not overspiced, which some may consider a positive as you can add more spice at home if desired. Overall, I congratulate this business on their success."

The food is delicious and the service is exceptional and friendly. I typically place my order over the phone and pick it up, and it is always ready when I arrive. They always ask if I want sauce, but I prefer not to have any, which I appreciate because it means I don't have to waste it. I have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years and they have always been consistent.

I visited this restaurant for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised compared to other Chinese food places in the area. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and Hot and Sour soup. The Kung Pao chicken was delicious, with a nice spicy kick and good flavor. The only downside was that the carrots were a bit undercooked and too crunchy. The Hot and Sour soup was a bit lacking, as it didn't have as much spice or variety of ingredients like veggies, mushrooms, tofu, and meat as I would have liked. However, the prices were reasonable.
