"My family and I have ordered food from this restaurant for years typically using the drive thru. The food is great but we have had a lot of problems getting all of our items with our order. The most common thing that gets left out is the condiments. Recently we place a fairly large food order in the drive thru and I when I got home I realized we didn 't get our duck sauce which is very important to my family. So my husband drove back to the restaurant and went inside to let them know what had happened and that this seems to be a regular occurrence. Never! I was twice. both time they threw the drive thru. They didn't get the order right and I had to go in and pay for the food I didn't get. they also took back the food I got without repayment. also would give me a recitative. In the long term, I paid for their mistakes. When I came home, it was cold. it was a scandal for her and my family.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! I have been twice. Both time thru the drive thru. They didn't get the order right and I had to go in and pay for the food I didnt receive. Plus they took back the food I did get that was wrong with no refund. Also wouldnt give me a reciiept .In the long run I ended up paying for their mistakes. By the time I got home food was cold. It was a shame for them and my family.
