"I've been past this place for years... even if it was a Kettle and never stopped... for one reason or another. Today I dropped my wife at the airport and didn't leave me in traffic after that, so it was the right time! I'm glad I made it, because it's a nice little restaurant. It is quite minimalist, but clean and the service was wonderful. The staff welcomed me immediately, and even a fresh pot of coffee only brazed for me! I ordered everything and the sum was only $18. $10 for the eggs Benedict (wow), $5 for one side of the French toast, and $2 for never end coffee. The eggs of Benedikt were good. Wonderful breakfast. The best breakfast I had from a restaurant in a very long time. I suggest you see it in Houston. It will be worth more than your ride.. I'm from Lufkin, Texas, and we have a restaurant called Charlie if you ever stop on our way there. It's great like you.

Solid for breakfast. Our party had eggs Benedict both country and Southern style. The cookies were soft, making them perfect for taking the Hollandaise sauce or White Gravy. The sausages were the right wort and hash browns were crunchy outside with slightly soft center. Perfect for family meetings in the early morning or business meetings. Staff friend and patient. Seating areas were clean and typical of cafe furniture was in excellent condition. Walls freshly painted. Near the airport and cheaper than booking conference room for a small business meeting.

Came to Hot Biscuit after I picked up my daughter early in the morning from the airport. Almost it didn't go in because it looked pretty ashamed outside. It was nice that we did this, because when we went on, it was very clean and the server was very nice and she flew around to keep any coffee filled, etc. I ordered the country boy breakfast I think is what it was called and it was ALOT of food, more than I had expected or what you got on a big chain like Ihop or Denny's. The food was GREAT! Definitely my new Go-to-Spot when you come from the airport and go!
