"Can 't go wrong with Jesse as your waitress. She is simply Very Good at her job. Appreciate that for sure. Likeable as well. Thanks Jesse. As for my meal: I came in here because the name of the restaurant claimed a respect for the almighty Pancake. With Jesse 's suggestion I ordered the Hungry Man Skillet with Pancakes. Everything came out hot and as expected. The pancakes were light and fluffy, wonderful taste and they didn 't soak up the syrup like lesser restaurants pancakes do. I was impressed. Store was clean, staff friendly, and they did breakfast just like someplace that named themselves Hotcakes Emporium Pancake House Restaurant ...should! :"
