"I read management is new and I can tell. The WORST customer service EVER!!! Talked to me like I was a dog. I let her know and got a refund. I learned a long time ago to NEVER spend my money where it's not appreciated. There are waaayyy to many Seafood restaurants to choose from instead of Prime Seafood. No Stars if I could."

"The restaurant was immaculate, the host was friendly, and our food was prepared quickly! Everything tasted fresh and the dishes were truly outstanding! I absolutely loved it! My boyfriend and I ordered the large jerk chicken meal with a side of macaroni and cheese, and it was fantastic. I also appreciated the added touch of music outside while we waited—our wait was under 10 minutes! I highly recommend you give this place a try! If I could rate it higher, I definitely would! I know authentic cuisine when I taste it, and I will definitely be returning! I LOVE it! Thank you, everyone—keep up the amazing work!"
