"Don't ask for iced coffee because that is exactly what you will get, a cup of black coffee with ice in it. The grits were lacking in several areas but they were excellent compared to the service Emily provided. She has to be the rudest most unprofessional server I have ever encountered. We have two different types of crepes. The food was great. The order was to go, and I would have given the five stars except they screwed up my order. It should come with a special butter or sauce I forget, but they gave me sour cream. Definitely a great waste. Accidents happen, and I would still be in favour of taking only food quality, but...,

I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner after the volunteer with classmates. We had planned to eat for about an hour, but instead it took about 3 hours, as the staff still forgets orders and one of my classmates had not even given their order and had said that what they ordered was only for seniors after all the others had finished their food. The food was great, but the service is just terrible.

The worst IHOP I've ever been. My wife was eating cold grits. Had no onions. Ordnete the land fried steak and instead brought me a steak omelet. Coffee ordered twice and Neverending got it. Two of the staff who walk around and show their pants hanging from their but and underwear. They scream over the room and ask seating questions like they were in a fast grocery store.
