"I completely agree with the previous review that recommended the bean curd and mushroom dish - it was definitely my favorite as well! In addition to that, we also ordered the garlic broccoli, a side of steamed rice, and a fried tofu appetizer... and it was delicious. I mixed everything together with some soy sauce and was very satisfied. Just a heads up for those not familiar with Chinese style dining, make sure to order a side of rice or noodles with the veggie dinner plates. to cut it short, the food tasted OK (broccoli) or not good at all (silk tofu), but the worst was the two days after where one of us had lots of trouble with the stomach... full days on the road when you need a toilette every hour aren't that much fun! staff was friendly though and the prices seemed OK

The staff was well-informed about the ingredients in the food. We inquired about the fried rice without egg, as the menu description mentioned, but we were informed by the server that it was already premade and the egg could not be removed. However, the chow mein was quite delicious, though a bit pricey for the portion size.

We had a stop on our trip from SF to LV and a look on happy cow. Glad to find the only spot listed in this city to get something vegan. We came there and asked the staff. She didn 't know what vegan is. We figured out something, that hopefully was vegan. I had silk tofu with rice . It was terrible and I had some problems the day after. Next time in Bishop I just stop at the supermarket and have some fruits.
