"Back again after a subpar show of it last time almost two years ago. So so SO glad I came back. Got the Viking burger, the huntsman sliders, and the Norwegian meatball wrap. Thoroughly impressed with the flavors and quality of our meal. Got an empress Elizabeth cocktail to go with it and loved it as well. Nothing bland or too cold this time, really glad I came back. The creamy dill is good but that Norwegian cheese dip is 10/10."

Beautiful place, great food and beautiful portion sizes. Had the Smash Burger, who must be the most beautiful burger I've ever eaten. Nice to meet Dan the cook. Really enthusiastic about the food and super helpful to us what to order.

Excellent lunch! The salmon pack and the meatball pack are so good! The meatballs with the homemade dill sauce were so good. The service was friendly. The seat was clean. This is directly at the lower part of the municipal elevators. Look at this place!

Ingrid's was a great find after our hike in the area. Meatball and salmon wraps were truly delicious. Potatoes on point. Even the lingonberry lemonade was sweet enough without going overboard. My partner and I agreed it's tastier than the cart we go to in Portland with similar fare. A gem.
