"I had went to this drive thru a few times n it's the worst experience I had the lady there do drive thru in the morning was very rude. I asked for hot sauce she gave me a dirty look. I understand she must not like her job but to be rude by walking off whileI said thank you to her. Everytime I go through drive through I never get thank you they just hand you the bag and walk offbefore you can even asked for something. McDonald's have better customer service and I understand why they are busy because theyhave better customer jack n the box can learn from them."

The wait in drive-thru is no bad. Tiny tacos are very good especially with the avocado dipping sauce and I didn't have to ask for it it was already in my bag

The food was good, and the people working there were nice. The wait was so long! I reversed out of the drive thru due to the wait time, I went inside and same thing. Only 1 person in there who already ordered and I only got a drink and small fry. Thewait time was too long.

I have gotten food at the drive-thru from the Jack in the box in North Highlands a couple of times now when I have been in that area. The people are nice and the food is always exactly what I ordered. This location actually gets it right every time.Awesome to find a place that gives me what I paid for.
